The construction means and methods of the 21st century have changed drastically from our previous generations and with that comes the need to adapt to the political and social climate that we are experiencing today. Clients are looking at the life cycle costs of materials they place on their projects and evaluating how the energy costs will save them in the long run using more sustainable material. MSF Contracting Group is well versed with the United States Green Building Council and have advisors that work with USGBC to make sure the project meets LEED requirements needed to certify the building.
